A bit of background...

I have always been a spiritual seeker, always hungry for my personal growth and expansion.  As a teenager, I had devoured books on psychology, theology, anthropology, and art history, however, with such vast interest, I could never put my finger on my life's purpose in my college years. Thus, I had chosen a conventional career path. Upon graduation from the Colorado University in Boulder with the bachelor degree in business administration, I had entered a corporate business world and took up a job as an accountant.  From my first days of work I knew that this was not my true calling, but I had settled for a nice paycheck and filled my creative void with friends and hobbies, such as climbing, snowboarding, hiking, and traveling. Life was fun!  Eventually my husband and I had decided to have kids and the world of parenting filled both of us with tremendous layers of love, a renewed sense of purpose, and a personal fulfillment. I had quit my job and devoted a year to nurturing my baby! When my son was one, I was approached by a group of small, creative women entrepreneurs for accounting assignments. The idea of working with artists felt exhilarating, so I had accepted all requested projects. Shortly after, all these alive, vibrant and highly inspiring women had awakened in me the burning desire to my soul search…

Around the same time, we had purchased our first house.  I felt that the energy of our space was misaligned.  Something was missing.  It felt heavy, stagnant, and depleting.  One of my friends had recommended a Feng Shui consultant, Eva Wong, to  assess it and find the cure.  I hired her and  this is when the moment of clarity came to my life!  It was like a huge window opened!  This Eastern philosophy resonated within me immediately, and I tingled with aha-after-aha moments! Shortly after, I began my studies with Terah Kathryn Collins at the Western School of Feng Shui. The study and practice seemed to wake me up in a way that I had never experienced before.  The concept of how our environment influences our well-being made so much sense to me.  I was always pretty sensitive to the energy of spaces and I was always very aware of how one space could elevate me and another one, deplete me. I couldn't tell why... until Feng Shui. So, with a renewed passion, I dove into a new study and was inspired into a whole new lifestyle. I implemented the insights I gained and to no surprise things began to shift for me, immediately.  Feng Shui has brought more balance, flow, alignment, and positive energy into my body, mind, and spirit. My innate curiosity and a newly found passion for energy work has led me to another world, that of Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese energy healing modality, that harmonizes the life energy in the body. Upon studying the Chinese art of placement and the Japanese art of human healing, I have realized an enormous potency of blending these two modalities, to create an outer and inner harmonious environments, to nurture and sustain us.

Next… during the time of studying energy healing modalities, I have always enjoyed taking various dance classes at my local dance studio, the Alchemy of Movement. Dance, in addition to energy healing practices, was my additional potent medicine, as it always felt healing and nourishing on so many levels.

Thus, I have fused my passion for energy healing methods, dance, art, a home decor, a wisdom of Taoism into my own style of inspired living design. I offer both individual Feng Shui and Jin Shin Juytsu consultations, or an alchemic blend of these two modalities for ultimate healing results, as well as energy medicine yoga & dance workshops.

I love working with artists, creatives, spiritual junkies, holistic health, and nutrition enthusiasts, seeking more clarity, love, flow, inspiration, and empowerment in their lives.

I live in Boulder, CO with my adventurous partner and two amazingly insightful boys.
